    I’d like to personally thank you for visiting my website. I do hope you’ll find it profitable. Whether you are interested in buying or selling real estate, I’d like to hear from you. As a real estate broker, I believe in personally representing each client just as I’d like to be represented myself. No teams or assistants, you will hear from me.

Your interest may be in business, commercial/industrial, farm/ranch, vacant land, or some other type of investment property. I am an active real estate investor and developer myself, so I do understand that in every case you will want an agent who knows how to create opportunities for you to maximize a profit from your real estate investment dollars. I prefer to work with busy successful business people who need a little help managing their growing real estate portfolio---You don’t need to be wealthy yet, but need to be willing to stretch a bit if you are going to rapidly grow your real estate equities. 

On a personal/professional note, I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and have been actively engaged in business and sales (with an entrepreneurial flare) for the last 25 years. I’ve enjoyed a varied real estate career with over 13 years of buying and selling everything from residential, to businesses, to multi-million dollar exchange transactions, commercial properties, farms, ranches, vacant land and probably a few that I’ve forgotten. My wife Linda and I have been married for 25 years, have five children, and have resided in South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Oregon, and now call southwest Missouri our home (for the past 14 years).
